Through the breath and through the posture you easily become present-minded and more focused. Distraction is disconnection. Bring your thoughts to your mind and your body. Hold it.
Connection is vital to our existence. Listen to your body. Can you feel it? Can you sense it? Wait for it… wait for it… change. It hurts so good!
